Yup a variant of the Tr-116 Federation rifle

Specs:
.5 cal bullet
Transporter at the end to fire through walls & such
micrexplosive (150mg c4) in bullet
automatic/semiauto feature
Cast Deuranium case
Polymer shoulder strap
titanium/zinc barrel
