The story & layout of the town

Alright, you guys, here's how it goes:
This is based on a real town, but the events in the prelude are FICTIONAL. Our story begins in september, 1823.

Kingdom of Fife is a town in Scotland, Next to the western coast. This town has a sleepy
history, nothing really goes on here.It's a small place, of 340 residents, with many
travellars and ambassadors coming and going like the wind. for the last 89 years, the town has slept in peace. But there are rumors in the north of a storm coming...

The town is a dockside place, sunny normally but lately it has been constantly overcast. The main dock cosists of twenty-eight piers and several shops line the street leading to them. The Counsil building is three buildings, each serving an administrative purpose. The commercial area consists of a large tavern, withmany rooms, including housing on the second and third floors. The housing is all in small moon shapes, able to hold around 400 people. There is an industrial section containing factories, where many boats are made.

1800s is a dull time. I personally would prefer 1200-1600, or 200bc.-400
